In January 2016, I woke up to a life that wasn’t making me happy. The irony is that I was surrounded by the successes of the very things I had spent years of my life working towards. I had built a six-figure wellness practice that launched my career into my own online business. I had the freedom of being an entrepreneur and starting to become a thought leader in my industry.
But despite everything I had in my professional life, I felt like a version of myself was trapped inside and she was screaming at me to break free. I lost my joy.
So I sold my private practice and everything I owned to live out of a suitcase and rediscover my purpose.

A self-taught entrepreneur and transformation coach, Dr. Jen has been featured on CBS, Fierce CEO, Talent Culture, Project Happiness and Modern Luxury to inspire others to break away from life burnout and rediscover who they really are.
For the past 15 years, Dr. Jen has been a consummate learner in the fields of health and wellness, neuroscience, psychology and motivation. She received her B.S. in Kinesiology at the University of Wisconsin in 2002. During her time at UW, she was awarded the Hilldale Research Fellowship in Social Psychology and was a teaching assistant in Experimental Psychology.
Then she continued her academic path and received her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2006.
